Unlike AEW, WWE isn't a place where there are a lot of factions, with their own separate agendas. The only two big factions that WWE have currently is RETRIBUTION and Hurt Business.

Coincidentally, both groups mostly operate on the Red brand, so there is a possibility that RETRIBUTION and The Hurt Business could collide against each other one day. MVP is a master recruiter, as evident by his ability to turn a babyface like Cedric Alexander over to the dark side. He could potentially try and add more numbers to his faction, in case they get overwhelmed by RETRIBUTION.

MVP was one of the first WWE Superstars directly affected by the rebellious faction's affinity towards chaos, so even though members of The Hurt Business operate as heels, they are not anti-WWE in nature, unlike RETRIBUTION.

The anti-establishment group have targetted various people. But there will come a time when RETRIBUTION must focus on singular feuds, and a program against The Hurt Business could potentially be a great idea if it is executed in the proper way.
