When she goes in for a check-up, one of the two women could show up in a lab coat and surgical mask and end up pinning Kanellis. It would be a great moment for fans and an unexpected title change. Plus with Carmella as the 24/7 Champion, R-Truth may potentially look at ways to regain it from the Princess of Staten Island.
