There was a lot to like about WWE RAW this week. Quite honestly, this episode set the stage for the upcoming season in a far better manner than SmackDown did.
That said, even Michael Bay cannot make a three-hour piece of visual art without its share of faults, and yes, this episode of WWE RAW was not perfect at all. Indeed, even the most loyal wrestling fans would agree that three hours of action can become cumbersome to sit through unless it's a major pay-per-view. This brings us to this week's edition of 'Best and Worst'.
As always, feel free to leave a comment and let us know your thoughts on how you thought the show played out. Did you think the season premiere of WWE RAW was a breath of fresh air?
Or did you think it was the same old song and dance?

#3 Best/Worst: The WWE RAW Tag Team division
It's great that the WWE RAW Tag Team Championships are in the spotlight once more. It's great to see actual tag teams get a chance, like Otis and Gable, The Dirty Dawgz, and The Street Profits.
Somehow, the tag team division has taken a bit of a backseat in the recent past, and this was a great way to remind the world about the depth of talent in the WWE RAW roster. That's the good part.
Here's the bad news. Somehow, it's not all that exciting even now. The Riddle and Randy Orton skits are because both men have clearly defined characters. Ziggler and Roode, both extremely charismatic men, have no characters. Why should anyone root for or against them?
Do you guys agree that there's just something missing when it comes to the WWE RAW Tag Team division?
#2 Best: The WWE RAW main event was near-perfect
It's hardly a surprise that the WWE RAW main event, starring Seth Rollins, Finn Balor, Rey Mysterio, and Kevin Owens was spectacular. It was also the right decision to have Rollins pick up the win because the other three men are babyfaces.
Big E needed a strong heel to fight against and Seth Rollins fits the bill perfectly. The reward for watching 3 hours of WWE RAW was definitely worth it.
#2 Worst: Has Rey Mysterio not watched WWE RAW these past few weeks?
Rey Mysterio has decades of experience under his belt but doesn't yet know that Austin Theory, who has become known for attacking people under the pretense of taking selfies, had malicious intentions.
Some call this whole phenomenon the 'dumb babyface syndrome,' which is a condition where the good guys/girls from WWE RAW behave as no human being on the planet would.
Has Rey Mysterio, like so many others on the planet, stopped watching WWE RAW altogether, considering the same scenario played out with Jeff Hardy on this very show?
#1 Best: Is WWE RAW star Keith "Bearcat" Lee joining The Hurt Business?
The push for WWE RAW Superstar Keith "Bearcat" Lee continues. On this week's show, he took on Cedric Alexander who made him look like a million bucks, selling and making the 'hurt' look real.
There was a moment between Lee and Shelton Benjamin on WWE RAW that suggested a future move. Could we potentially see the two men (and Alexander and Lashley) united in The Hurt Business?
#1 Worst: Why does Zelina Vega have a British accent?
Not every Queen is English. The former WWE RAW Women's Champion Charlotte Flair calls herself the Queen and the last time we checked, she was American.
An English accent has been thrust upon Zelina Vega upon winning the Queen's Crown tournament and she's doing her best to make it click, but somehow it simply is not. In hindsight, while fans are saying that Shayna Baszler should have won the whole thing, isn't it a good thing that she didn't? Luckily, the Queen of Spades does not have to pretend to be English!
