Do not be fooled by what happened in the WWE RAW main event. Rather, what happened with Riddle and Randy Orton following the match. Even though Randy Orton RKOed Riddle, it's very unlikely that we'll see Randy Orton vs. Riddle at SummerSlam.

The WWE RAW Tag Team Championship match will almost definitely be contested between Randy Orton & Riddle against the current Champs, AJ Styles, and Omos.

This is just a swerve to stretch the story out another week!

Having a WWE RAW Superstar show up on SmackDown and vice versa is not a bad idea if there's a marquee match that can be born from the same. Or a compelling segment such as, say, Big E confronting Bobby Lashley with the briefcase! Baron Corbin vs. Drew McIntyre isn't such a match at all.

So, the brand split has been diluted for no good reason.

Why would Jinder Mahal hire Corbin instead of, let's say, Mace and T-Bar, who we know once took MVP's check to beat up McIntyre? Especially when he has two cronies of his own by his side!
