Yes, Sasha Banks is in possession of the WWE RAW Women's Championship but that does not necessarily mean that she is the current WWE RAW Women's Champion, as recognized by the company because of Bayley's devious tactics. In fact, someone may return to put their foot down and this could certainly be none other than Stephanie McMahon herself. In doing so, Stephanie McMahon could lay the seeds for a match between her and Sasha Banks at WrestleMania 37.

WWE website calls Banks' win tonight 'unofficial' and still lists Asuka as the champ."Bayley struck Asuka with one of the Women’s Tag Team Titles and put on the referee’s shirt to count a pinfall for Banks, unofficially hailing her partner as the victor"
Female superstar says she inspired John Cena turning heel HERE
And yes, this may be a very interesting way for WWE to introduce some kind of an authority figure on the WWE RAW brand to restore a semblance of order and sanity.
But that is a topic for another day. Stephanie McMahon could claim that Sasha Banks is not the rightful owner of the WWE RAW Women's Championship and that she hands over the same to Asuka once more, making yet another match between the two women official for SummerSlam or even the main event of RAW.
