Sportskeeda presents the ‘Power Rankings’ from this week’s WWE RAW episode. We aim at ranking superstars based on their weekly performance every Monday night. So, let us have a look at the performances of the superstars this week.
10) Bray Wyatt
It’s been a long time since Bray Wyatt competed in a match on RAW. This week, he faced former world champion Dolph Ziggler. Wyatt dominated the match in parts, as both men put up a decent show. Eventually, Wyatt hit the trademark swinging spike DDT for the win.

9) Alberto Del Rio
In what can be described as a ‘meaningless’ match, World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio faced R-Truth. The crowd was clearly not interested in the match for starters, as they were chanting random names. Del Rio locked in the cross arm breaker in quick time to pick up the win.
8) Kofi Kingston
Ever since his return, Kofi Kingston has put in some impressive performances. This week, he faced the Intercontinental Champion Curtis Axel. Kingston was at his fluent best as he showed the WWE universe some amazing aerial offence. However, Axel got himself disqualified after repeated kicks to Kingston’s back beyond the 5 count.
7) Rob Van Dam
RVD manages to feature in our rankings for almost the fifth consecutive week. He has been on a roll ever since he became the #1 contender for Del Rio’s title. This week, RVD faced the ‘similar dressing’ Ryback. He dominated proceedings initially. However, Ryback escaped a top rope move and put RVD groin first into the ring post to get himself disqualified.
6) Santino Marella
Everyone loves Santino in the WWE. He was duly missed in recent weeks and was welcomed back with a huge ‘pop’ on RAW. He faced the ‘very European’ Antonio Cesaro. The crowd was clearly behind Santino as he showcased some of his trademark moves. Eventually, after a failed ‘Cobra’ attempt, he reversed Cesaro’s move for a quick pin. Let’s hope to see more of Santino in our power rankings segment.
5) Edge
Edge was clearly the star of the show. The thunderous reception he got as he made his way to the ring was stunning to see. He reinstated the ‘cutting edge’ on RAW and invited Daniel Bryan as his guest. He then had an interaction with Triple H , which was one of the highlights of the show. All in all, Edge made an impact like he always does in the WWE. He is surely missed!
4) CM Punk
CM Punk is one superstar who features in our list despite not wrestling a match. Call it star power if you want. Anyway, Punk was involved in a hilarious segment on RAW. He made his way down to the ring and gave Paul Heyman’s ‘personal doctor’ a lashing of a life time. Punk received one of the loudest cheers on the night. He once again proved without a doubt why he is a ‘top draw’ in the WWE.
3) Goldust
Goldust was indeed the star performer on the night. With his brother’s ‘employment’ on the line, Goldust took Orton to the limit on RAW. He showed the WWE universe what they have been missing over the past few years. He almost picked up the win before falling prey to Orton’s RKO. Let’s hope we get to see more of Goldust in future. He certainly is ‘Good for business’.
2) Randy Orton
The WWE Champion brought out his ‘A’ game yet again, as he defeated the returning Goldust. In a match where the crowd was clearly rooting for Goldust, Orton was indeed under pressure. However, he managed to silence all of them with an RKO and a pin fall. Orton is champion for a reason, and he showed his class yet again on RAW.
1) Daniel Bryan
You keeping ‘burying’ this guy and he keeps getting up no matter what. For the first time in over four weeks, Bryan stood tall as RAW came to a close. He faced Dean Ambrose in the main event on RAW.
Despite the usual suspects like Rollins and Reigns distracting him, he beat Ambrose fair and square. He then delivered the long awaited killer blow, as he took out Randy Orton much to the crowd’s delight. He has picked up good momentum going into Night Of Champions. Let’s hope the main event proves to worth it.
