I've already outlined one possibility on the page before this one. But truth be told, this is a far likelier possibility and based on how many people have been speculating this, I even wonder if this qualifies as a surprise.

Could Stephanie McMahon announce an Undisputed Women's Champion at WrestleMania? Whoever wins the big match wins both the RAW and SmackDown Women's Championships, and like the Boss n' Hug Connection, gets to travel to whichever brand has a worthy competitor.

I daresay that if this were to happen, the match at WrestleMania would be far bigger than it is at this point in time owing to the historic stakes. But if that were to happen, it needs time to be built up and the announcement needs to be made on the go-home show of RAW.
