And it was a happy ending for the champion. He successfully defended his WWE Universal championship against Rollins with some help from his best friend Chris Jericho.
It would be safe to say that Rollins was screwed a bit at the show and he would be out to seek revenge this week on Raw. The bromance between Owens and Jericho is the best sub-plot in WWE at the moment due to the brilliance of both these men.
