Since 2015, Roman Reigns just wasn't able to conquer The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar. With their rivalry at WrestleMania and post-WrestleMania seeing Lesnar retain the Universal title, fans got sick and tired of seeing him as the part-time champion.

Braun Strowman threatened to cash-in on whoever won and The Beast Incarnate desperately tried to take him out. With Lesnar distracted by Strowman, Reigns was able to pin him and finally capture the Univeral Championship.
