Unfortunately, it does seem like Randy Orton is injured and while there's no indication of just how serious it is, it does seem likely that he'll be out for a while. What this means is that his feud with AJ Styles may just come to a rather premature end.
The good thing about WWE is that there's no shortage of talent in the roster and you could always have someone like Ricochet step up to challenge The Phenomenal One. In fact, if plans are in place for John Morrison to return, he could certainly take AJ Styles on.
But Randy Orton is a top star and his injury is certain to be a pretty massive blow to the entire RAW roster. I wonder if he was next in line to face Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view next month.
