Mick Foley interrupts Elias

Elias came out next and took shots at New Orleans and the New Orleans Saints to get heat. He was soon interrupted by WWE Legend Mick Foley, who was there to commemorate 20 years since his leap off Hell In A Cell.
3-time WWE Champion Foley said that Elias lacked sincerity in his voice. Elias shot back at him saying that he witnessed Foley falling off the Hell In A Cell when he was young, comparing Foley to an old sone he'd heard too many times.
Foley said that he didn't come to talk about the past and had an announcement. Foley then revealed that he would be the special guest referee for the Braun Strowman vs Roman Reigns match for the WWE Universal Championship at Hell In A Cell.
Foley then informed Elias that he would be facing Finn Balor next.
