Big E vs. Sheamus

Big E and Sheamus kicked off the match in what was billed as a potential ‘hard-hitter’. Sheamus showed off his versatility with a german suplex on Big E to begin the match. Big E, though, clotheslined Big E on the apron and followed it up with a splash. Sheamus recuperated quickly in the midst of Xavier Woods’ shenanigans floored Big E with a senton.

Back from the break and Big E was all over Sheamus. Two huge belly-to-belly suplexes were followed by an attempted splash by Big E. He didn’t get the desired result as Sheamus stuck his knees up. Meanwhile, Cesaro is having the time of his life by hosting a live facebook feed. Big E is a strongman and it was quite evident with a powerbomb on the Celtic Warrior. A close nearfall for Big E didn’t yield much as Sheamus reversed the momentum with an Irish Curse Backbreaker.

Cesaro, in the meantime, is busy socializing in the Cesaro section. Sheamus wasn’t a fan as he snatched the phone off Cesaro’s hands. Big E took advantage and rolled up Sheamus. 1-2-3! Big E picked up the win over the Celtic Warrior in a match that was all about the dysfunctional dynamic between Sheamus and Cesaro.

Result: Big E def. Sheamus with a roll-up
