WWE RAW Results: Former tag partners face each other; SmackDown stars invade and attack top champ [SPOILER]

Next week's WWE RAW episode was taped tonight, right after the October 7 episode ended. We almost got a Money in the Bank cash-in after a top champ was attacked on the upcoming episode while we got a big return. We also got a big title match, and two former tag champs faced each other after a big heel turn.

The opening segment saw Rhea Ripley call out Raquel Rodriguez for attacking her at Bad Blood and costing her the title match. Instead of Raquel, Tiffany Stratton from SmackDown showed up and said that she had a message from Nia Jax.

Stratton told Rhea to stay out of Nia's business before Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan attacked them both and wiped them out.

WWE RAW Results: Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill (c) vs. Damage CTRL - WWE Women's Tag Team Title match

IYO SKY and Kairi Sane put on a great match against the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions and although they dominated early on, the champs took control of the match and picked up the win.

Result: Bianca Belair & Jade Cargill def. Damage CTRL to retain the WWE Women's Tag Team Titles

WWE RAW Results: The War Raiders vs. Alpha Academy

The War Raiders (formerly known as the Viking Raiders) Erik and Ivar made their big return on RAW after weeks of short promos from WWE teasing the name change. They had their return match against Alpha Academy and took them out in a decisive victory.

Result: The War Raiders def. Alpha Academy

WWE RAW Results: R-Truth vs. The Miz

Former tag partners and Tag Team Champions The Miz and R-Truth faced each other tonight after a heel turn from The A-Lister split up the group. The Final Testament showed up to interfere and tried to aid The Miz, but the distraction ended up in Truth's favor, allowing him to pick up the win instead.

Result: R-Truth def. The Miz on RAW

WWE RAW Result: Bron Breakker vs. Kofi Kingston

Bron Breakker faced Kofi Kingston after the former Intercontinental Champ attacked Kofi and Woods in the prior episode. Kofi put up a great fight but Bron took him down with the spear and picked up the win.

WWE RAW Results: Tiffany Stratton & Rhea Ripley vs. Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez

After the attack in the opening segment, Stratton and Rhea teamed up against Liv and Raquel. The heels were in control of the match but Nia Jax showed up and attacked Liv and Raquel, ending the match in a no-contest.

Result: D.N.F

After the match, Nia hit the annihilator on Liv and told Tiffany Stratton to cash in her Money in the Bank contract on the Women's World Champ, but Dominik Mysterio showed up and saved Morgan in the nick of time.
