Backstage, Apollo Crews and Kalisto were talking. Kalisto asked him what was wrong with him because he was fighting Titus O’Neil’s battles. Kalisto asked if he attacked Enzo. Apollo Crews seemed offended by the implication, and Apollo said that he took an offer he couldn’t refuse. Titus then interrupted and thought that Kalisto wanted to be the first international client of the Titus Brand.
Titus then said that he would make a match and make sure Apollo taught Kalisto a lesson.
Goldust had a vignette about R-Truth, which was pretty weird, but it was vintage Goldust!

Backstage, Charly Caruso interviewed Alexa Bliss. A clip was shown of the previous week where Alexa Bliss assaulted Bayley with a kendo stick. She said that didn’t feel bad for Bayley and wanted to inflict more pain on her. She vowed to permanently tattoo Bayley at Extreme Rules. She said that Bayley wasn’t made for extreme.
A video package was shown of Reigns injuring Braun Strowman.
Apollo Crews vs Kalisto
Apollo Crews was taken aback by the athleticism of Kalisto, but it was brief. Apollo held Kalisto in a resthold, and Kalisto began fighting him off, only to be caught by a dropkick once again.
Apollo nearly hit a sit-out powerbomb, but almost got pinned. Another attempt was reversed into a Salita Del Sol, which gave Kalisto the win.
