Natalya vs. Becky Lynch doesn't sound like a good match for SummerSlam.

According to various reports, former Raw Women's Champion Ronda Rousey’s WWE return is inevitable, and we could see the baddest woman on the planet earlier than expected. We haven’t seen Rousey in a WWE ring since she lost the main event triple threat match to Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 35. Judging from the reports, the chances of her returning on or before SummerSlam are high.

The announced Natalya vs. Becky Lynch match does not sound like a good match for a high-profile event like SummerSlam, but there should be a strong reason behind WWE choosing the Queen of Harts to challenge Lynch for the title.

Ronda Rousey and Natalya were on-screen best friends during Rousey's first run, and if WWE is working on a surprise Rousey return, having Natalya in the SummerSlam title picture makes perfect sense.

If the rumors are true, next week could be the right opportunity for Rousey to make her return by attacking Natalya and taking her SummerSlam spot to book an encounter with Becky Lynch.
