Another WWE Hall of Famer who definitely won't be part of proceedings on Monday night is commentary legend, Jim Ross. Over the past few months, Ross has been employed by AEW and has been helping the company to push forward in his own unique way, since his contract with WWE came to an end back in March.
Of course, Jim Ross was one of the names that WWE asked to return to be part of the show since his voice will always be synonymous with WWE in the late 1990s and early 2000s, but he declined. Even though there is no bad blood between Ross and WWE, he obviously decided that it was a better decision to focus on his career with AEW rather than return to WWE for a one-off show like he did for Raw 25 back in January 2018.
