WWE US champion, Sheamus, was up against Alberto Del Rio in a singles match. The match ended with Sheamus delivering The Brogue Kick to Del Rio to head into his title match at Payback with some good momentum.
But his victory was interrupted by Paul Heyman and his Payback opponent Cesaro, who attacked him from behind and assaulted The Celtic Warrior.
