Daniel Bryan, who was scheduled to return for the Money In The Bank pay-per-view is not expected back at this point until after the Battleground pay-per-view, due to his slower healing process.
As a result, the entire plan scheduled for the MITB PPV has fallen flat to the ground. The initial plan was to make Cesaro baby face at event, and for a heel to win the WWE World Heavyweight title. With the WWE creative team back to the drawing board, John Cena might emerge as the likely winner of the Money In The Bank Ladder Match.
The only storyline unaffected by the whole hysteria is Brock Lesnar’s appearance at SummerSlam PPV for a shot at the title.
WWE is also scheduled to announce the qualifying matches for the second Money In The Bank Ladder Match. The event is stipulated to include the superstars Big E, Rob Van Dam, Bo Dallas and even Dean Ambrose, considering Seth Rollins has already qualified for the match.
