Xavier Woods injured at the hands of the Revival and Randy Orton

Xavier Woods and Big E might be SmackDown Live Superstars, but they were in action against The Revival on Monday Night RAW. The SmackDown Live tag-team champions won the match via DQ after Randy Orton delivered an RKO outta nowhere to Big E during the match.

Kofi Kingston ran to help his New Day brothers but was overpowered by Orton, Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder. In the brutal assault, Woods came out the worst and suffered an injury.

WWE released a statement and said:

SmackDown Tag Team Champion Xavier Woods of The New Day was rushed to a local medical facility for further examination after being attacked by The Revival and Randy Orton on Monday Night Raw. Stay with WWE’s digital platforms as this story develops.

It is not clear if he will be on tonight's SmackDown Live episode as WWE have not yet provided an update on the injury.
