RAW Underground has been making all kinds of waves in WWE ever since it debuted on the red brand a few weeks back. The segment sees stars engage in MMA style shoot fights inside a ring with no ropes.
This week on RAW, we saw former MMA fighter Shayna Baszler make her debut in RAW Underground. Tom Colohue has reported that it was Shane McMahon's decision to bring Baszler in RAW Underground as he is a big fan.

"Yes, there were a lot of changes to the RAW Women's title picture and the idea of Shayna Baszler being there is in and out. She has been very in and out of plans. But what I will say is that Shane McMahon is actually a very big fan of Baszler. So he saw a chance to use her, and I thought in that particular environment, he used her very well."
It will be interesting to see how WWE books The Queen of Spades going forward and if she will be given another title shot in the near f.
