Former WWE Champion Daniel Bryan sent an intense message to Paul Heyman on Talking Smack. The 'Yes Movement' leader told Heyman that he has been the best wrestler in the world long before his former client CM Punk started using the same moniker.

“I want you to give this message to Roman Reigns. I am no longer putting myself on the backburner. I am no longer putting other people first. I am going out to take what’s mine, and that’s the reign that I’ve had before CM Punk, and that’s the best damn wrestler in the world.”

Daniel Bryan won the SmackDown Elimination Chamber match and ensured himself a shot at Roman Reigns' Universal Championship on the same night. However, The Tribal Chief made quick work of the former WWE Champion, taking advantage of Bryan being exhausted after his Elimination Chamber match.

Though Roman Reigns will now enter a program with the Royal Rumble winner, Edge, leading to WrestleMania, it will be interesting to see where the story between Daniel Bryan and Roman Reigns heads.
