The Charismatic Enigma Jeff Hardy made his much-awaited return to SmackDown a few weeks back when he faced Baron Corbin in the first-ever empty arena SmackDown.
While Jeff Hardy's brother Matt Hardy has joined AEW, Jeff's contract had been extended with the WWE due to his injury. While speaking on WWE's The Bump, Hardy spoke about what he wants to achieve before his current run with WWE is over.
“I think I have a few more great years left in me and that’s another goal I want to achieve, because I love the new design of the Universal Championship and the WWE Championship, so I want to capture that one more time.”
Jeff Hardy is a former WWE Champion and was one of the biggest stars in WWE before he left for Impact Wrestling. Though Jeff Hardy has been kept in the mid-card ever since he returned in 2018, it will be intersting to see if WWE decide to put the top Championship on the Daredevil yet again.
