Aleister Black made his return to WWE RAW this week after more than a month. The former NXT Champion was brutally attacked by Murphy and had his eye injured by the Messiah's disciple. Black was a guest on the 'Kevin Owens Show' and in a surprising turn of events attacked Kevin Owens with his signature move - The Black Mass.
Dave Meltzer of WOR has reported why Aleister Black may have turned heel on RAW this week.

"Kevin Owens needs an opponent because originally he was supposed to face Seth, but Rey signed so now Kevin Owens needs an opponent, so Kevin Owens has an opponent, so it just is what it is.”
WWE Superstar Aleister Black will be better suited to play the heel as his character as a babyface was not heading anywhere. Black was being used as a secondary attraction RAW without much focus on him.
Some reports have also suggested that a major push is in store for Aleister Black with him turning heel after almost 4 years.
