#1. Edge vs. Seth Rollins in the works for WWE SummerSlam

The SmackDown side of things for WWE SummerSlam seems all set to be a high-profile affair! As reported by WrestleVotes, WWE plans to have Seth Rollins take on Edge for the first time at SummerSlam.

WWE wants all hands on deck for SummerSlam, and Roman Reigns vs. John Cena is the other marquee match being discussed for the Blue brand.

The Rated-R Superstar has been advertised to make his TV return on the SmackDown episode of September 3rd. He should ideally kick off his SummerSlam program with Rollins upon his comeback.

A couple of weeks ago, Jon Alba revealed that WWE wanted Edge to return as a babyface and the reported feud with Seth Rollins now validates the rumor.
