#2. Multiple title changes to take place at WWE SummerSlam
Cageside Seats revealed that multiple titles will change hands at WWE SummerSlam. Lots off title matches are set to take place at the show, including Roman Reigns taking on John Cena to defend his Universal Championship.
SummerSlam is arguably the second biggest WWE show of the year following WrestleMania. So it is understandable that WWE wants to make some major changes and shake things up a bit by crowning new champions.
Though it is unlikely that The Tribal Chief will lose the Universal title at SummerSlam, he not only has to worry about John Cena but also the MITB winner Big E and the man who has stolen the MITB briefcase - Baron Corbin.
#1. WWE legend Molly Holly has become a backstage producer
WWE Hall of Famer Molly Holly has joined the company as a full-time producer. She is not the only veteran to have taken up the job, as former WWE superstar Daivari has also taken up the job of a producer with WWE.
PWInsider was the first to break the news that the two WWE veterans are now full-time WWE employees. Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer stated:
PWInsider was the first to report the two being in full time. This follows reports from earlier this year that both were brought in on a trial basis.
Molly Holly had stated in a podcast that WWE had brought her as a producer on a trial basis. At the time of the podcast, she wasn't sure if she would be offered a full-time role. This is not formally announced by WWE
