#1. WWE's message to Superstars who want to go into quarantine
The coronavirus outbreak has affected many people around the world and whether you admit it or not, the risk of contracting the disease is real. There are a few WWE Superstars too who have decided to stay safe and have gone into self-isolation.
Paige, who was originally scheduled to appear on SmackDown this week, ended up making her announcement via Skype.
Dave Meltzer revealed on the Wrestling Observer Radio that Paige is part of the list of Superstars who are not willing to travel in the existing circumstances.
Meltzer also revealed that WWE officials have been understanding in this situation and have not forced any talent to travel. There won't be any negative repercussions and that's a relief for the Superstars.
Meltzer explained:
So the deal there was that Paige made the announcement by Skye, because she didn't come and I don't know if she could, I mean she could have. She was not one of those who was willing to come. There have been other people who have not been willing to come and the WWE, and both companies (AEW) have been good about it. It's like, you're not willing to come, fine, you know, no problem. So they did the taped thing.
