#1 Speculation on a possible WWE WrestleMania match between Roman Reigns and The Rock

There have been multiple rumors suggesting WWE superstar Roman Reigns is set to face his cousin The Rock at WrestleMania in the coming time. While the original plan was for the two men to clash at WrestleMania 37, the match has been delayed for now.

It is believed that the reason behind Roman Reigns' Tribal Chief gimmick is to prepare him for his match against his family member The Rock on the grand stage. Andrew Zarian of Mat Men has revealed that WWE wants the match to take place at WrestleMania next year in Dallas, Texas.

Speaking on the Mat Men podcast, Andrew Zarian and Rich Stambolian talked about WWE's plans for a match between Rock and Reigns, and who could be the one going over.

Drawing similarities between The Rock vs Hulk Hogan, Rich Stambolian asked if WWE could have a potential double turn during the match with The Rock turning heel, Zarian said that the idea has most likely been discussed and there is a possibility of that happening.

The podcast also looked into which of the two men should walk out victorious when they finally meet inside the ring. Though Andrew Zarian said that it would only make sense for The Rock to put Reigns over, Stambolian had an interesting take.

He said that considering how big a star The Rock is and that he is playing Black Adam in an upcoming superhero movie, it might be a wrong move if he loses clean to Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.
