Brock Lesnar is back to doing Brock Lesnar things.
As revealed by Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Brock Lesnar has gone on a short hiatus again that is expected to last until January. The WWE Champion is expected to be back in time to kickstart his Royal Rumble program.
"Lesnar is back on hiatus until probably around January. His next show is the Rumble so he’ll be back when it comes to shoot his angle for that show."
The Beast Incarnate defended the WWE Championship against Rey Mysterio recently at Survivor Series. While Lesnar was always the favorite to retain his championship, Lesnar went through a major scare as Mysterio almost pulled off an upset with the help of his son Dominick and a steel pipe.

However, Lesnar prevailed in the end and held onto the WWE Championship in a match that was a brilliant showcase of the best of pro wrestling storytelling.
Mysterio would go on to win the United States Championship on the RAW after Survivor Series while Lesnar is back on his customary break from WWE TV.
The fans are used to not seeing Brock Lesnar around for long periods and his latest hiatus shouldn't surprise anyone.
The 5-time WWE Champion has always shown up every once in a while for a handful of matches at major PPVs.
WWE has built up Lesnar as a special attraction and the company would surely want him for marquee matches at Rumble and WrestleMania 36.
There have been rumors about Brock Lesnar potentially taking on Bray Wyatt at the show of shows, however, that's just mere speculation at this point.
Vince McMahon's Royal Rumble and WrestleMania plans for Lesnar ought to be big and we should get a hint of the same in the weeks to come.
