The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar managed to get a big win against the master of 619, Rey Mysterio at Survivor Series, successfully retaining his WWE Championship. But the rumor mill is suggesting that Lesnar will be on a hiatus from the company up until Royal Rumble, and will not be in action this month at all.
Whether WWE plans to keep the belt on Lesnar until WrestleMania is not certain, but TalkSport has revealed which two Superstars are being considered to compete against the WWE Champion at the Grandest Stage of Them All.
WWE are reportedly looking at either a 'rubber match' between Lesnar and Cain Velasquez, or a crossover battle with Tyson Fury - assuming Fury defeats Deontay Wilder to claim the WBC heavyweight boxing crown.
Velasquez had his first match in WWE against Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel. But the battle between the two former UFC rivals was rather disappointing, as the WWE Champion was able to make short work of Velasquez. Of course, Velasquez had defeated Lesnar back when the two were in UFC, to win the heavyweight title.

Cain Velasquez or Tyson Fury?
With Velasquez having a win against Lesnar in UFC and Lesnar picking up a win against him in WWE, a rubber match would have the people hooked. The former UFC Champion Velasquez will also get a lot of time to prepare this time around and hopefully, the two will have a match that lasts longer than five minutes.
Fury also made his WWE debut at Crown Jewel in a match against Braun Strowman, which the boxing sensation managed to win via countout. It was rumored that Fury was the originally planned opponent for Lesnar at Crown Jewel, so it will be interesting to see the two giants finally clash at WrestleMania.
