Cue the "We want Lana" chants, because Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that the “The Ravishing Russian” has inked a new extension with the WWE.
Pro Wrestling Sheet Founder and Fox Sports Insider Ryan Satin says the 34-year-old has come to terms on a deal that will keep her with the company for another 5 years.
The deal reportedly allows Lana to take time off to pursue projects outside of the WWE. Recently she started in and co-produced a movie with her husband called “Another Version Of You”.
Speaking of her husband Rusev, he has still not come to terms on an agreement. Satin says contract negotiations though, are still ongoing.

Lana and Rusev have recently been embroiled in a controversial love triangle storyline with Bobby Lashley. This feud boiled over on Monday when the "Bulgarian Brute" violated a restraining order and attacked Lashley during his match with Titus O'Neil. Even after he was handcuffed by the "Police", Rusev was able to shoulder-tackle Lashley off the stage and knock a lighting rig on top of him.
The rivalry will come to a head this Sunday, when Rusev and Lashley meet in a Last Man Standing Match at Starrcade:
Whether this angle will continue beyond the weekend remains to be seen, but we can apparently expect to see Lana on WWE programming for years to come.
