What's the story?
At the 2019 Royal Rumble, Nia Jax was a surprise entrant in the men's Royal Rumble, taking the place of R-Truth, who was supposed to enter at #30.
Now, it seems that Jax hurt the current US Champion at the Royal Rumble, and the two may not be getting along.

After being in the last three of the women's Royal Rumble match at the 2019 Royal Rumble PPV, where she was eliminated by her old nemesis, Becky Lynch, Jax entered the men's Royal Rumble later in the night.

Jax attacked R-Truth, who won the Mixed Match Challenge to get the #30 spot in the Royal Rumble, and took his place in the ring, and even eliminated Mustafa Ali, before being eliminated by Rey Mysterio.

The heart of the matter
Rajah.com have reported that Truth was angry at Jax's attack as she injured his face and ankle when she attacked him from behind. He had to be held back by WWE producer and former WWE Superstar Brian "Road Dogg" James, as R-Truth went to find Jax.
Following the Rumble, WWE posted a video of R-Truth searching for Jax, but he was held back by Titus O'Neil.
WWE Hall of Famer Jerry "The King" Lawler, also reported and confirmed that there was heat between Jax and R-Truth: “And this got real heat for real. She blasted poor R-Truth and knocked him face-first into that wall. He was hot, for real hot. They were having to hold him back there. She made it look good.”
What's next?
But R-Truth ended the week on a high as he won the United States championship on SmackDown when he defeated Shinsuke Nakamura.
Meanwhile, Nia Jax and Tamina have qualified for the women's tag team championship match at Elimination Chamber.
