WWE Rumors: Ronda Rousey joining the cast of Total Divas?

What's the story?

Ronda Rousey has been a huge hit in WWE for the Women's Division over the past year and it appears that she could be joining the cast of Total Divas as well.

In case you didn't know...

Total Divas last season struggled with the ratings and it was reported a few weeks back at Lana and Rusev won't be returning to the show for the ninth season which is set to air on the E! Network later this year.

Sonya Deville has already revealed that she will be joining the cast as a regular moving forward, even though she has appeared on the show a number of times over the past few seasons, which is an added bonus.

The heart of the matter

Total Divas needs a huge ratings boost and it's thought that Ronda Rousey could be the person that the show needs. Even though the Raw Women's Champion is yet to confirm publically that she will be part of the show, Squared Circle Sirens is reporting that Total Divas cameras have been following Rousey around her farm over the past few weeks.

Rousey recently appeared on Total Bellas when she was helping Nikki Bella train ahead of her return to the ring and has experience of working on movies and TV shows in the past so she would be a fantastic addition to the cast.

What's next?

Total Divas returns to our screens later this year on the E! Network and once again there will be a number of new cast members and interesting adventures behind the scenes with the Women's Division.
