#5. Lars Sullivan's future is reportedly uncertain

Lars Sullivan has not been featured on WWE programming since June 2019. The former NXT Superstar had knee reconstruction surgery and according to Dave Meltzer, Sullivan should be ready to make his WWE return soon.

However, Sullivan's future with the company is uncertain and there are many reasons why that is the case.

In addition to his injuries, Sullivan's career has been pegged back due to controversies that happened outside the WWE.

He was heavily fined for the racist comments he made on a bodybuilding forum years ago. WWE chose to stick with Sullivan and earmarked him for a monster push, which involved a big WrestleMania 35 win over John Cena. However, Sullivan suffered an untimely anxiety attack and the plan was nixed to give him some time to recover.

He did make his debut last year and he was given a monster heel push. Sadly enough, he suffered an injury and he was pulled from TV.

It got worse for Sullivan as his adult film history was brought to light on the internet. Meltzer reported that there was no backstage reaction to the adult film revelation. There were no updates whether Vince McMahon would get Sullivan back and whether the WWE boss will push him when he does come back.

As things stand, Sullivan is still under contract with the company.
