Next week’s RAW might just have another surprise. Titus O’Neil’s suspension is due to end on April 10th so it isn’t far-fetched to imagine the Superstar returning to the WWE on the show. The WWE recently advertised a contest where the winning fan woud win a trip to Universal Orlando Resort with Titus and his family.
Titus was suspended following the February 8th episode of RAW. As the entire locker room was returning backstage after Daniel Bryan’s farewell, Titus grabbed Vince McMahon’s arm in jest and was summarily given 90 days for “unprofessional conduct”. This was soon reduced to 60 days.
The penalization was criticized as a gross overreaction by many with former WWE Superstar Batista, who is Titus’ good friend, openly stating that he should leave the WWE. A few weeks ago, Titus himself admitted that he would leave the WWE once his contract ended.
The 37-year-old stated in the interview that he might pursue a career in football coaching, being a football standout at the University of Florida 1997-2000. Titus, real name Thaddeus Bullard, played for the Utah Blaze, Tampa Bay Storm, Las Vegas Gladiators and Carolina Cobras in the Arena Football League.
