We reported yesterday that an actual fight happened backstage between Sin Cara and Simon Gotch of the Vaudevillains. The scuffle came to light during the first match of SmackDown Live, John Cena versus Luke Gallows.
According to allwrestlingnews.com, Sin Cara brushed off Gotch. It isn’t known what set off the scuffle yet, but it’s common knowledge that it went down in the dining area. Sin Cara has been drafted to Raw, while his partner and former United States Champion Kalisto is on SmackDown. The Vaudevillains are part of the SmackDown roster as well.
This isn’t the first time Sin Cara got his hands dirty – former WCW Superstar Konnan spoke about a bust-up between him and Sheamus in 2014. The former WWE World Heavyweight Champion barked at Sin Cara to get off the bed in the trainer’s area, claiming that his need was more of a priority because he was more important than the masked high-flier.
Sin Cara sprung off the bed and got in Sheamus’ face about it, to which the Irishman responded by throwing a punch. Sin Cara took Sheamus’ legs out from beneath him and started pouring down punches.
According to Konnan, Sheamus later waved off the incident.
