WWE Rumors: WWE expected to bring back former superstar for Royal Rumble appearance

What's the story?

The 2019 Royal Rumble takes place tomorrow night live from Chase Field, in Phoenix, Arizona and there are expected to be a number of shocks and surprises throughout the show.

In case you didn't know...

The Royal Rumble has gained a reputation for including a number of shocks that the WWE Universe wouldn't usually be able to predict and over the past few years, the company has followed through on this promise. Just last year, Ronda Rousey made her debut at the Royal Rumble.

Whilst the company has tried a different approach this year by announcing many of the women's Royal Rumble participants, it is expected that The Men's Royal Rumble will be where many of the surprises are.

The heart of the matter

According to a report by Mike Johnson on PWInsider Elite Audio, a source has personally called him to state that Hornswoggle will be making his return to the company as part of tomorrow's show.

“Dave and I talked I joked yesterday about this name, but then last night I got a call from someone who told me that I was actually right and as far as they knew Hornswoggle was booked for the Royal Rumble. So spoiler warning, obviously,” he sid via Ringsidenews.

What's next?

The Royal Rumble takes place tomorrow night and will see the men and women battling it out in their respective Royal Rumble matches in order to gain a Championship match at WrestleMania 35. It is unknown how Hornswoggle will fit into this match, but whenever Swoggle is around, it's always entertaining.
