This past Monday Night on Raw, the commentators shed light on Charlotte’s championship Pay-Per-View winning streak. It should be noted right off the bat, that the emphasis must be on the words “Championship” because she has one loss on record in Pay-Per-Views.
This happened this year at Battleground, when Sasha Banks and her mystery partner, Bayley, defeated Charlotte and Dana Brooke in a Tag Team match-up.
However, since Night Of Champions 2015 till now, Charlotte has never been defeated in a Pay-Per-View match.

All Wrestling News reported that WWE is going to be playing off of this streak, and give her a whole bunch of Championship victories, so that when someone does step up to defeat her at some point, they will gain credibility. The time and place is possibly Wrestlemania.
This could be the reason they decided to put the belt back on Charlotte at Hell In A Cell. This is also the reason Charlotte dropped the belt to Sasha on episodes of Raw and not Pay-Per-Views. It will be interesting to see who WWE decide to give the rub to.
Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter said that WWE views, Dana Brooke, as this super-babyface and plan on giving her a huge push in the future, where she will turn on Charlotte. She could be one of the possible names they would like to give the rub to, in the future.
However, it should be noted that this will lead to the dismay of fans, who don’t feel the same way about Dana Brooke.
Another possible option is Bayley, but it must be noted that another reason stated for Sasha dropping the title, was to speed up a Charlotte vs. Bayley feud post-Survivor Series, which may be the Women’s Championship match at Roadblock.
