Rumour: Updates on Ric Flair's WWE return, aggressive wrestling causing injuries

Ric Flair is all set to return to the WWE

WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair, supposedly, is set to return to the WWE soon, possibly at Monday Night Raw next week.

Nature Boy, who has signed a new contract with the company, has been put on hold with all the recent returns that occurred in the past week. He is set to make his comeback as a babyface as per the advertisement in Madison Square Garden on July 12.

Originally, it was intended that Flair would be returning alongside The Miz as those two were the expected superstars according to the rumours. But to the surprise of the WWE universe, Chris Jericho came back after several months as he was received by a huge positive reaction from the fans.

Meanwhile, Wrestling Observer has reported that the creative has urged the locker room to adapt to a more aggressive style in the ring which perhaps may be the reason why a few of them have been suffering from injuries recently.

Bad News Barrett and Daniel Bryan have been ruled out for a long time while John Cena ,Cesaro and Dallas are some of the big names who have taken a blow due to this new stiff schedule.
