#3 AJ Styles
While AJ Styles has been one of WWE's biggest names ever since he made his debut in the company, you can make the argument that he'd have more of an impact in All Elite Wrestling.
After a good run in Japan, "The Phenomenal One" wanted to work for a major promotion in his home country, but at the time, WWE was the only major league wrestling company in town. But now there's two, and the competing company would probably make better use of Styles than WWE has.
Again, Styles has been used well, but he's also been the victim of bad booking. Of course, we don't yet know how the booking process will work in AEW, but given the fact that their wrestlers will be given far more creative license, it's realistic to expect that the former WWE Champion would be a great fit for Tony Khan's crew.
