#2. Kofi Kingston: 14 Tag Titles With 5 Tag Team partners
With his stellar performances over the past decade, it is not an overstatement to call Kofi Kingston one of the best Tag Team wrestlers in history. With a record 11 reigns alongside The New Day, Kingston is also a one third part of the longest reigning Tag Team Champions in WWE history with an amazing 483 day reign.
What sets Kingston apart from his New Day stablemates is his success as a wrestler prior to the formation of the iconic trio. In addition to his 11 reigns with Big E and Xavier Woods, Kingston has also held tag gold with Evan Bourne, R-Truth and CM Punk.
Like Chad Gable before him, Kingston is still primarily involved in the tag division. But unlike Gable, Kingston has been able to branch out into significant singles success as well.
That being said, Kingston has always shined brightest when working with a partner. Kingston has proven time and again that he can be a success in any partnership he is put in.
#1. Seth Rollins: 6 Tag Titles With 5 Tag Team partners
From the get-go, Seth Rollins, just like his fellow Shield teammates, was always destined to be one of WWE's biggest singles stars. However, he has found more than his fair share of tag team success since breaking away from The Hounds of Justice.
Rollins has held tag gold with both his former Shield brothers, Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose, in three separate title reigns. Aside from that, he has also held the Tag Team Championship with Braun Strowman, Buddy Murphy and Jason Jordan.
With his eclectic list of partners, Rollins has basically done everything to cover every angle that comes with being in a Tag Team. He has won the titles as both a face and a heel, worked together with close allies, disciples, rivals and even feuded with his certain partners while holding the Tag Team Championship. Rollins has even been able to make the most random of pairings work to the best of his ability.
Rollins is able to shine for his ability to effectively integrate the majority of his Tag Title wins into his single runs. Rollins is able to remain a credible single star while at the same time elevating his partner and the titles. He is also known for having won the Tag Team Championship with every partner he's ever had in WWE and for that reason, he tops this list.
While Rollins seems quite firm in the main event picture at the moment, a budding alliance with Kevin Owens and Rollins' own winning track record may hint towards there being one more Tag Team title run in his midst.
