Jeff Hardy didn't have a good 2019 as the Superstar had to deal with a lot of personal issues. He had to relinquish the SmackDown Tag Team Championships that he held with his brother Matt due to a knee injury.

As the year came to a close, he was arrested twice in four months for DWI. The company released a statement that Jeff is responsible for his actions and froze his contract until the high-flyer dealt with his issues.

He is ready to return to the ring, but what if during his promo on the show the current Intercontinental Champion comes out to confront the returning superstar, and talk about his issues in public. This followed by a sneak attack by Nakamura and Cesaro would help him get into action instantly.

With an assist from Braun Strowman, Jeff can mark his return with some great moments inside the ring.
