#2 Didn't - Not enough quality matches on the show
This was the single biggest drawback of this week's SmackDown. There just weren't enough quality matches on the show. The match between Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks ended in a disqualification, as Bayley intervened. The only other notable match was the six-man tag team bout at the start of the show.
Almost everything on the show was focused on storylines. Even the match scheduled between Ali and Shinsuke Nakamura didn't take place because the latter decided to unleash an attack on his opponent before the match even began.
RAW has been leading SmackDown in terms of product for quite some time now and SmackDown should want to up their game in the coming weeks.
#1 Got right - The main event
The main event told several stories. First, Daniel Bryan is on his way to becoming a babyface and that is what almost everyone in the WWE Universe wants. Second, The Bludgeon Brothers are back to doing what they do the best, destroying everything that comes in their path.
It's been a good week for both Luke Harper and Erick Rowan, and the way this feud is going, it's possible that we may see a new tag team formed between The Big Dog and Bryan in the upcoming weeks.
For the past couple of weeks, Erick Rowan has been saying that he isn't a headless monster, but is instead a mastermind. At Clash Of Champions, he showed The Big Dog that he has a couple of tricks up his sleeve, proving that he might actually be telling the truth. Let's just hope that this push for The Bludgeon Brothers continues when SmackDown moves to FOX.
