Samoa Joe and Roman Reigns have had beef for the past couple of weeks. Reigns and Joe faced off at RAW Reunion, which proved to be a very physical match, with Reigns standing tall in the end.

The two Samoans were set to squash the beef at this week's episode of RAW, but as expected, things got even worse. Joe and Reigns brawled all over the arena at RAW this week, which soon turned into an 8-man brawl. The Big Dog was the last man standing for the second week in a row.
Roman Reigns was set to announce his SummerSlam opponent at SmackDown this week, but an unknown personality tried to hurt him, by trying to bury him under the scaffolding. There's a high possibility that The Samoan Submission Machine is behind it because he's known for such vicious attacks.
It all makes sense after all. Why would someone other than Joe try to hurt Reigns, when he's the only one who has been after The Big Dog for several weeks.
