#4. Jimmy Uso returns to complete Roman Reigns' faction

We haven't seen Jimmy Uso since WrestleMania 36. He suffered an injury that has kept him out for eight months now, but he has made appearances at Clash of Champions and Hell in a Cell, trying to save his brother Jey Uso from Roman Reigns on both occasions.
It was brilliant storytelling at Hell in a Cell, and he could make his return to help his cousin Roman Reigns retain the Universal title on SmackDown. In doing so, it would mark his actual return, and it would also complete Roman Reigns' faction. The Bloodline would have their roles reversed from four years ago.
#3. Kevin Owens defeats Roman Reigns

As great as it would be to see a title change, we admit that this is the most unlikely scenario on the list. Kevin Owens winning would be a great payoff, especially given how many obstacles he had to jump to even come close to the title.
One possible, but unlikely finish is Kevin Owens defeating Roman Reigns for a feel-good moment. Roman Reigns doesn't even need to be pinned, since escaping the steel cage is one way to win the match.
