No, you can't expect to see Jake Roberts on SmackDown this week because he's doing his own thing on AEW Dynamite. But what we can expect to see this week on WWE SmackDown is Bray Wyatt unleashing his inner Jake Roberts, and possibly adopting his gimmick in a truly unique fashion.
Jake Roberts has the greatest admiration for Bray Wyatt and has, in the past, spoken about working with the twisted character. Because that is not a possibility on SmackDown this week, I think that it is all too likely that Bray Wyatt, in his swamp cult leader persona, will unleash a snake on Braun Strowman.
Remember Braun Strowman's promo from last week where he compared Bray Wyatt to the devil and spoke about the snake?
WWE really needs to build the idea of Extreme Rules being a horror show on WWE SmackDown leading up to the grand event and there is no better way to achieve this than to have a ferocious snake attack Strowman.
