Not long ago we saw NXT come out on top when the black and yellow brand went to battle against RAW and SmackDown. But Survivor Series is in the past and to have the idea of fluid brands would just undermine the draft that took place not long ago. Bray Wyatt is the face of SmackDown as the WWE Universal Champion right now. Liv Morgan is a RAW Superstar at the moment.

Of course, Liv Morgan hasn't appeared on RAW yet so to have her show up on SmackDown will do no harm. But honestly, why would you disrupt your own concept and have the brand split become absolutely meaningless? There are ample opportunities for Liv Morgan on RAW.
One could also make the argument that a program against Becky Lynch may do much more for Liv Morgan's career than being Bray Wyatt's 'puppet'.
