Roman Reigns and Jey Uso could face an unexpected alliance

As the second NXT champion, Big E was known for requiring referees to do a five count to prove how completely his opponents were defeated.Him reminding Sami that he was the reigning champion when Sami first arrived in NXT was a nice touch. pic.twitter.com/P1AkgrSAeq
Listen, Daniel Bryan and Sami Zayn went to war last week on WWE SmackDown, in quite possibly the best match of the night. But the wily, conniving, duplicitous Sami Zayn would have a sudden stroke of fortune, as fellow WWE SmackDown Superstar Jey Uso, inspired by Roman Reigns' taunting ways, made sure that Zayn did not lose his WWE Intercontinental Championship.
At this point, we're clearly getting a Big E vs. Sami Zayn feud on WWE SmackDown for the Intercontinental Championship. Big E may decide that if Sami Zayn wants to play dirty, he needs to have a safeguard in place to ensure that 'surprises' do not happen when their match actually unfolds.
And so, Big E could propose a ladder match at TLC for the WWE Intercontinental Championship, that not only ties in with the upcoming pay-per-view but could also be a potential 'Match-of-the-Year' candidate. It would also give us the great visual of Big E climbing the ladder, to become the WWE Intercontinental Champion.
