WWE kicked off the decade with an interesting heel turn
#3 Everyone who faces The Fiend changes (storyline reason)

Since losing to Bray Wyatt:- Finn Balor has returned to NXT as a heel- Seth Rollins has reverted to his heel character- Daniel Bryan looks like old Daniel Bryan again, and has brought back the Yes Movement- Miz has returned to his heel waysCoincidence...?#WWETLCpic.twitter.com/SIiWnulb1G
Props to my colleague Gary Cassidy for coming up with this theory. Anyone who faces The Fiend changes and goes back to an earlier gimmick.
We saw it with Finn Balor, whom you may call the first victim of The Fiend who went to NXT and became 'The Prince'. We saw it with Seth Rollins who became the heel that we'd come to hate under the rule of The Authority, who aligned himself with The Authors of Pain instead of J & J Security this time.

Female superstar says she inspired John Cena turning heel HERE
Daniel Bryan, whom you may call The Miz's greatest foe not only changed from someone who called the WWE Universe fickle to a Champion of the people, but he actually helped in The Miz's turn. It was after losing to Bryan that The Miz seemed to snap.
SmackDown is doing a great job of telling some wonderfully scripted stories.
