WWE SmackDown: 5 Theories about why The Miz went heel and aligned himself with John Morrison

#2 Possible heel challengers for The New Day

The SmackDown tag team division is very interesting at the moment. You have The New Day ruling the roost as the reigning and defending Champions. But unfortunately, there aren't enough heel teams who can potentially take the titles off them.

You have Heavy Machinery, of course, but right now, they may be even more popular than The New Day with their working-class gimmick. You have The Usos, who have been on fire ever since they came to the aid of their cousin, Roman Reigns, and I can't imagine them going heel anytime soon, quite honestly. The Revival is a heel team but we've seen far too many matches between The New Day and The Revival.

Charlotte Flair to return and wrestle a CURRENT CHAMPION?

The Miz and John Morrison can actually be a decent heel team who can believably challenge Kofi Kingston and Big E for the Championships, provided that this is the route WWE goes after the Royal Rumble.
