As great as Kofi Kingston's ascent to the top has been, every good thing must come to an end in due time, right? WWE will want a global face like Brock Lesnar to be the face of SmackDown on FOX, and will most likely, have him defeat Kofi Kingston. And when this happens, the WWE Champion will most likely be a heel.

So when you have a heel Champion, what usually happens is that he runs through babyface challengers one by one. Daniel Bryan could be one of many names in this list, and based on his previous match with Brock Lesnar, could be a great contender to take the fight to him and decimate him. Others like Kevin Owens and Roman Reigns could also stack up against The Beast Incarnate.

This could be the main reason why Bryan is a babyface now. Time will tell if this prediction does come true.
